Very affordable 2 bedroom apartment in the Gold Coast located on beautiful Lake Orr directly across from Bond Uni. Kitchen is fully equipped including as stove-top microwave sandwich press and electric BBQ grill on balcony. The apartment has two separate bedrooms available. The third bedroom will be occupied by our roommate who is from Norway. He is very easy to live with and will give you more than enough privacy. Our spacious living room comes with a TV with an HDMI cord. All utilities and wifi are included.
Walking distance to Market Square which has plenty of places to eat. Short walk to multiple bus stops. Under 15 minute car ride to iconic Burleigh Heads Beach and Broadbeach about 20 minutes to Surfer's Paradise. Dan Murphy's liquor warehouse is located directly across the road. Our apartment is very centrally located for all the Commonwealth Games. About a 25 minute ride from the Gold Coast airport.
