The master bedroom has king size bed and an ensuite with walk-in wardrobe and adjoining laundry. It also has a balcony over looking the picturesque reserve. You will enjoy gas cooking in a luxury kitchen surrounded by gumtrees and walk-in pantry. There are two bedrooms with double beds and one with two singles and a walk-in wardrobe. The property comes with fresh linen towels and kitchen equipment ready to go. The property has a double carport for your vehicles and plenty of street parking on a quiet and safe culdesac street. Movie World and the other theme parks can be seen from across the street and are within walking distance. There are a couple of bikes for use also.

We are 5 minutes from the Gold Coast theme parks. The Helensvale Station a 5 minute drive away gives access to the train light rail and bus networks giving great access to the Commonwealth games. There are two malls and a shopping centre nearby. The Helensvale Westfield shopping mall is 5 minutes away. Harbour town shopping and Reading Cinemas are 10 minutes away. There is a farmers market on Saturday mornings with great coffee and live music within walking distance. Friday and Saturday nights the Night Quarter hosts street food and live entertainment just 5 minutes away. There is a public swimming pool within walking distance. The M1 is close and accessible with both the Brisbane airport and Gold Coast airport accessible within 1 hour each way.
