About my listing

3BDR & 2 Bath unit fully self contained unit. Property is for short term rental for Commonwealth Games period only. If you are interested please contact me by phone or email to discuss price/bond and length of time you require rental Minimum rental period will be 2 weeks. The price will be negotiable if a longer term is required (maximum 1 month only) Please note a bond will be required to be paid. 7 min walk to tram Major shopping centre buses. Swimming is around corner (5 mins walk) as is Marathon . Broadwater comfortable walk (5 mins). If you are comfortable walking hockey is a few kilometers away. Unit is an older but comfortable one with 2 bathrooms Bedding 1x QB 1 DB & 1 x SB Pictures can be provided on request.
