This home is offered exclusively during the Gold Coast 2018 Commonwealth Games.
I am offering the house for rental for the 2018 Commonwealth Games from 26th March through to 30th April. the amount of AUD$3300 is per week with a minimum of two weeks over the games. If you would like to arrive earlier or stay later we can discuss this option when you contact me. The house is open plan living with the kitchen dining lounge and family room all in one. the area has a wall mounted reverse cycle air conditioning as well. It has 4 bedrooms 2 bathrooms main bedroom has queen bed ensuite and walk in wardrobe. Other bathroom has a bath and separate shower with separate toilet. also has a separate laundry and lots of storage. The decor is light and very comfortable with an outside area to relax with a coffee tea or a drink
Close to all amenities and beaches
The house is situated a 10 minute walk to the Varsity Lakes train station where the buses leave for all the different Games Venues shopping centers and the beachs on the Gold Coast. The train also stops at Nerang station where you can catch a bus to some northern games venues then a few minuites to Helensvale where you can catch the tram to many of the Commonwealth games venues without traffic problems. We are very central to the shopping centers with Robina Town Shopping center 4 minutes by car and 15 minutes to the white golden beaches of the Gold Coast. It is a short walk to the lake where you can follow the path that wanders along the edge of the water and very enjoyable. The house is very close to everything and at the same time is very private. There is parking for 2 cars iIt is a short walkn the garage and extra space for a further 2 cars as well

My wife Sandra and myself have lived on the Gold Coast for 29 years we are a very fit and active couple and we love to meet people and see where they have been. Most of out family live here as well even though they may be a distance from us and we have one son who lives in London. Our house is very central to all area's of the Coast and we will have several brochures about places of interest including the theme parks shopping centers beaches restaurants trains and buses and the new tram which travels past or close the most of the games venues. It is only a 5 Minute walk to Lake Ore which is a very serene setting and we will also be at the house to warmly welcome you and offer as much information as you require and to show you around.
