Spacious Family Home. 5 Bedrooms 1 x king sized bed with en-suite 2 x double sized beds 3 x single beds blow up beds available too. 2 x bathrooms in total. 2 x dining rooms (inside and outside) TV room Parking on street available. Included is fully self contained kitchen linen BBQ WIFI and Netflix. The house is set on a hill and consists of 3 levels. A beautiful view across to the mountains and Metricon Stadium which will have the opening and closing ceremonies. This is a NON SMOKING PROPERTY NO PARTIES. Walking distance to the Metricon Stadium. 2 minutes walk to Benowa Village which has Supermarket liquor take away food Chemist Cafe's Sushi. Broadbeach is 15 minutes drive. Byron Bay N.S.W 1 hour drive. Rainforrest - Natural Bridge with glow worms.Purlingbrook Falls. Cedar Creek Falls. MovieWorld Seaworld Wet and Wild and DreamWorld. Currumbin Wildlife Sanctuary. Surfers Paradise is a short 10 minute drive.
