Conveniently situated in the prestigious and unique beachside suburb of Mermaid Beach our large and inviting freshly renovated beach home is newly furnished to create the perfect seaside vacation experience. The home is a great entertainer for adults children and your family pets. A cool and modern beachy feel is experienced as soon as you walk in the front door with loads to offer 2-3 families or up to 14 friends who can enjoy the peace and comfort of this large spacious home. The space The four large bedrooms and three luxurious bathrooms ensure your stay will be very comfortable. Bedroom 1 - King Bed & en-suite Bedroom 2 - Queen bed Bedroom 3 - Queen bed Bedroom 4 - 2x double beds (bunk) +2 additional double sofa beds if required 3 bathrooms 4 toilets study area 2 dining areas (1 meals area 1 alfresco) 3 open plan lounge areas The home is air conditioned and all bedrooms are equipped with remote controlled ceiling fans. Facilities also include: - BBQ and outdoor dining area - Inground salt water pool - Surfboards & 2 bikes/helmets - Netflix and WiFi - a safe to lock up your valuables - linen & bath towels provided. Pool towels are available on request only for $4.00 per towel. - hairdryer - Coffee Pod Machine - complimentary initial tea coffee toilet paper and basic cleaning products are provided - a large laundry with washing machine and dryer iron and ironing board - And a Double remote lock-up garage with off-street parking for a total of 5 cars. Property Overview: (Upper level) The Upper level incorporates two separate lounge areas a bar/kitchenette with stools for 11 guests with a separate TV area to keep the kids happy and occupied. The main king bedroom has a walk-in robe and is large enough to accommodate a cot if required. The other 2 upstairs bedrooms both have Queen size beds and built-in robes. A bathroom and second toilet are also on this floor in addition to the main bedroom en-suite. (Ground Floor - KITCHEN & OUTDOOR ENTERTAINING) The downstairs bedroom provides a quality double loft bunk with comfortable sleeping for 4 a room the kids will absolutely love. Open plan living is perfect for entertaining with both indoor and outdoor alfresco BBQ dining options. Children can occupy themselves with Netflix and WiFi on a 55 LED TV. There is also a study desk and chair. A large laundry with washing machine and dryer. A double lock-up garage with remote entry. There is ample off street parking for a total of 5 cars. Other things to note Terms & Conditions: Pets on application may attract an additional cleaning fee. Maximum of 14 guests. When booking please advise us of the exact number of guests so we can arrange your preferred bedding configurations and attend to linen and cleaning requirements. As this is a luxury beachside property located in a quiet residential suburb in consideration to our neighbours we request all guests keep noise to a minimum and observe the Gold Coast City Council residential Quiet-time from 10pm - 8am. Parties functions or late night entertaining is not permitted. Failure to adhere to this rule will result in forfeit of bond.

Location: Situated in the perfect location for a fabulous beach holiday. Relax beside the pool or across the road the sands of beautifully patrolled Mermaid Beach awaits. Forget the car - everything you need is within distance. The home is just a short stroll to the local shopping village restaurants cafes and bars of Nobby Beach. Relaxing on the balcony guests will be just a stones throw away from the famous BSKT café and the Nobby Beach Surf Club. Enjoy the variety of three additional Surf Clubs within just 10-15 minutes walk. 3-5 minute walk will have you at the local IGA supermarket. A large Coles Supermarket is situated in Miami less than 5 minutes drive away. Pacific Fair the largest shopping mall on the Gold Coast is just 10 minutes drive North along the Gold Coast Highway. The local shopping offers everything you will need including easy access to public transport. Getting around: The Gold Coast is a 1 hour flight from Sydney and a 2-hour flight from Melbourne. 1hr 15 mins drive from Brisbane and a 45-minute drive to Byron Bay. Local points of interest include: Pacific Fair Shopping Centre 5-10 min drive Robina Shopping Centre 10-5 min drive Dracula's themed restaurant/ Jupiters Casino / Broadbeach Mall & restaurants 5-10 min drive.
