This beautiful property has 4 bedrooms with 2 Queen beds and 1 King bed. A fourth bedroom with a 3 seater lounge is also there. This immaculate house has great views of the gold coast skyline and only a 2 min drive to the pacific motorway making transport to desired events much easier. Available for the entire 2 weeks of commonwealth games with a minimum stay of 7 nights. 50% paid deposit with no refund if cancelled within 60 days of rental date. Will meet right person on first day of rental to show around house and ammenities. 15 mins to beautiful gold coast beaches and only 2mins to main freeway. Great house to relax after long days and soak up views with all linen cooking utensils/BBQ facilities
