Fully air-conditioned house with large courtyard. 15 minutes walk to the Gold Coast Aquatic Centre where the swimming events are being held. 5 minute walk to Nerang Street light rail stop. Two bicycles available to use and there is a trampoline in the back court yard. Bus stop at top of the the street and 5 minutes walk to light rail transport. 15 minutes walk to Australia Fair and the Broadwater Parklands. 15 minutes walk to the Gold Coast Aquatic Centre where the swimming events are being held.
