Looking for a respectful and trustworthy family group to rent our home before during and after the Gold Coast Commonwealth Games for a period of 6 weeks. There are 4 double bedrooms with a queen bed in each. One bedroom with 2 singles. A cot is also available if required. Upstairs has kitchen lounge and dining in an open plan style plus 3 bedrooms. A large balcony with a weber BBQ has a 10 seater table and chairs. Downstairs has a kitchenette and 2 double bedrooms. A large rompus room looks out over an inbound pool with a covered pergola entertaining area and extra BBQ..The property is fully fenced and is situated in a quiet peaceful neighbourhood. Our home is fully furnished with everything a home needs including sheets and towels. We are only looking for a minimum 28 day or longer block. A 50% deposit is required when booking and the remainder to be paid when we greet and acquaint you with our house.
