The house is a brick veneer home with all modern amenities including: swimming pool parking gas stove 55 smart TV WIFI master bedroom with ensuite small room with queen size bed larger room with queen size bed double garage set up with queen size bed and plenty of floor space. Can potentially sleep 10 people. Second bathroom. Plenty of outdoor entertainment space BBQ pizza oven. Two offices with computers. We also have a self contained 2 room granny flat on the property which my or may not have students staying. kif you require this space we can arrange it. 200 m walk to light rail station which can take you to surfers paradise broad beach and all the games venues or you can head north to brisbane

The lightrail is literally in our back yard. The station is a short walk and can get you to all game venues nightlife restaurants world famous beaches theme parks brisbane airports and bus links. Rate is based on a 2 week stay negotable for a longer period.
