Elevated coastal property with ocean views pool enough off st parking for 5 vehicles Air conditioning media room. 2 bathrooms wifi throughout Bus stop at front door . Access to highway in less than 1 minute. airport 5 minutes away frpm the busy gold coast center but still easy drive to the location. Shopping centres all within walking distance. Corner store 200m away. Car available if needed
