Our home is a large spacious modern property in a lovely body corporate estate close to several events at the Commonwealth Games 2018. We have 2 bedrooms with at least a double bed and 3rd and 4th bedrooms with a single bed. There is an excellent media room with electric recliners and big screen tv a modern kitchen with quality appliances. Within the estate there is access to a large resort style swimming pool and gymnasium. It's approx a 3 minute walk from the house. There is a very large and well furnished outdoor area with television on the back deck. Well manicured gardens front and back. 2-5 minute drive to 3 different shopping centres in the area or a 10 minute walk to the closest one.
Beautiful & spacious modern home
Public transport is not great in the area normally but during the Commonwealth Games I expect this to be much better than usual. The house is located approx 5-8 minute drive from the Netball courts and rowing events. It is also a similar distance from Dreamworld & Whitewater World and a few minutes further down the highway is Movie World & Wet & Wild.
