For those who like the outdoors Alexandra Park is just up the road and is a fantastic amenity as we come into the summer months with it's very own golf course. This lovely feel good ground floor apartment sleeps 5/6 people (2 double beds plus double sofa bed in living room). Spacious and inviting with double glazing 2 bathrooms good quality appliances comfy beds super clean facilities and lots of storage. Everything is close to hand. There' s a convenient open plan living room and kitchen with dining area extendable table comfy sofa bed and wi-fi. There is a large tv and dvd player available for dvds. If live tv is essential please ask. The balcony is attractive and great for breakfast in the sunshine drinks or use the fresh herbs for cooking. The spacious master bedroom has a lovely super clean ensuite with double shower and large fitted wardrobe. The second bedroom is a good size too with a large wardrobe and plenty of storage. (A second bedside table and lamp can be added on the other side of the bed if required). Both bedrooms have large comfortable headboards and quality beds with ikea mattress pads for extra comfort. The main bathroom is immaculate and a great size with a shower over the bath. A good quality feel good space. There's a secure entry system and an allocated parking space with additional free on-street parking. This accommodation is a high standard value for money and a convenient location to Commonwealth venues close to the city centre M8 and with good public transport links. All enquiries welcome. There is a free allocated parking space close to the flat (with free parking on the streets nearby also). The main bus route is very close by. Buses take 10 mins to the city centre or it's 15 mins by foot to the centre. The train stations Alexandra Parade and Bellgrove St are 5 mins by bus or 10 mins walk from Hanson Park. It's an ideal location for attending a variety of sports events during the Commonwealth Games with convenient access to all amenities nearby. Dennistoun is an ideal base for experiencing all the city has to offer.
