£ - Contact ownerLOCATION The flat is located in a lovely part of Glasgow which is very central to town. Known as the West End we are conveniently close to Kelvinbridge Subway and within walking distance of many local attractions. The flat is situated on the top floor of a period building built around 1850. Tastefully decorated throughout with a modern twist. BEDROOMS This family home has 4 bedrooms: one master bedroom with a super king size bed one large double room with a double bed and a baby cot one smaller room with a child's Ikea style loft bed and a larger bedroom/office space which can comfortably fit 4 camp beds (camp beds not provided). KITCHEN We have a large bespoke kitchen/diner with a dishwasher fridge freezer double oven microwave 5 burner gas cooker kettle and toaster. There is also a large dining table which can seat 8 people and one baby high chair. BATHROOM There is one large bathroom with a roll top bath/shower wash basin toilet and washing machine. LIVING ROOM There is a large living room with a 46 inch Plasma Panasonic TV a Panasonic Blue Ray DVD player and a separate CD player. There is a fully functional wood burning fire place and leather sofas including a comfortable recliner. The glass table can be rotated to extend if required. GARDENS The flat has wooden floors throughout and the rooms have spectacular views of the community gardens and rear gardens all of which can be used by the people renting this property. Keys will be provided to access the front garden. WI-FI is available TOWELS AND BEDLINEN will be provided TRANSPORT The flat is only 5 mins walk to Kelvinbridge Subway station or 15 mins walk to Kelvingrove Museum and 25 mins walk to the Hydro and SECC. There are many buses into town from Great Western Road just at the bottom of the Crescent. FOOD There is nice pub called the “Lansdowne Bar and Kitchen” only 30 seconds walk from the flat. They are open till late. There are many bars cafés supermarkets and shops within 2 mins walk from the flat. DEPOSIT We request £600 to secure your booking. This will be refunded if no damages are found in the property. Spacious 3-4 bedroom flat TRANSPORTKelvin bridge subway station is within 5 mins walk of the flat.Buses frequently pass the crescent on Great Western Road. It takes about 10 mins to ride into the centre of Town.
