Property has 2 double bedrooms with plenty storage and 2 bathrooms (master bedroom en-suite bathroom and separate shower room). Towels and bed linen can be provided. Open-plan kitchen/diner/lounge includes large TV with sky movies & sports DVD player with surround sound and wifi throughout. Kitchen has high quality appliances including fridge freezer electric hob and oven washer-dryer dishwasher microwave kettle and toaster. Dining table sits 4 or extends to easily fit 6. Flat is located on a quiet street and has a large private balcony with a scenic tree lined outlook great for sunny evenings. Building is secure entry and has one private parking space with on street parking also available. More photographs are available on request. Only a few minutes walk from Mount Florida train station for 10 mins journey to Glasgow Central. Bus stops even closer. 5 mins walk from Queens park a Commonwealth hub. 10-15 mins walk from Hampden Stadium a Commonwealth location. Plenty of local restaurants shops and pubs in the area and 10 mins from Shawlands with even more choice.
