The flat is modern clean and tidy. It is on the second floor in a block of 8 flats and is well maintained. The flat itself comprises of 2 double bedrooms a living area with 2 sofas a dining table and 4 chairs and a tv with virgin tv a fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar and a shower room with an electric shower. There is also a drying area indoors just off the kitchen and a washing machine in the kitchen. If required a double blow up bed can also be provided so the flat will sleep 6 people. Towels bedding washing up liquid toilet rolls hand soap and laundry detergent will be provided. References and a deposit will be required. I am flexible with the dates of stay.
