About me

I hail from Cape Town South Africa originally and have been living in the UK for almost 24 years. Myself and my partner Tony are both musicians as you will see from the many musical art works instruments and books throughout the house! We moved to Milford Road in February 2021 and absolutely love living here. I run the Strings Department at the Royal Birmingham Conservatoire and play the viola and Tony is the leader of the Double Bass Section in the City of Birmingham Symphony Orchestra. We started running small residential music courses in Milford Road in Summer 2021 and have loved having family and friends to stay and enjoy our beautiful new space. The road has a real community feel with fantastic neighbours all around.
