Are you looking for a well-located place to stay during the Gold Coast Commonwealth Games? Well, look no further!

Located in Highland Park, enjoy fantastic views of the Gold Coast skyline and all the creature comforts of home just minutes away from Carrara Stadium (6.8kms) and the sporting precinct area that will be abuzz for the 2018 Commonwealth Games!
Our spacious, breezy home offers Queensland charm, with warm neutral tones, swaying palm trees, sparkling pool, yard and gardens, BBQ terrace area with views to Surfers Paradise, Broadbeach and beyond to the Pacific Ocean.

The house has four bedrooms, plus a study and a sofa bed. In total there are 7 beds which can accommodate up to 10 guests.

Upstairs you'll find the master bedroom with luxe King-sized bed, large ensuite with double vanity, rain shower and separate bathtub. There's a large walk-in robe, and a private balcony with stunning views of the coastal skyline.

Downstairs offers three more bedrooms, all with built-in robes - current configuration is 1 x Queen, 2 x Single/bunk beds. PLus there's 1 x pull-out double sofa bed in the downstairs living area.

In total, current bedding configuration is per below and can accommodate 10 guests: Bedroom 1 - 1 x King Bed, Bedroom 2 - 1 x Queen Bed, Bedroom 3 - 2 x Single/Bunk Beds, Bedroom 4 - 2 x Single/Bunk beds, Downstairs living area - 1 x Double sofa bed

There are two full bathrooms, both with double vanity, shower and separate bath tub. Downstairs there is a powder room with toilet and wash basin, located next to the bathroom. Upstairs also has a powder room with toilet and wash basin. So, in total there are two bathrooms (one in the master and one downstairs where both bedrooms have direct access to the main bathroom) and two powder rooms, one upstairs and one downstairs. 2 x showers, 2 x bath tubs, 3 x toilets, 6 x vanity/wash basins

Living and Dining
There are two living rooms in the house. In the upstairs living room there's comfortable sofa seating (some seats have electric recline!) to relax, unwind and view continuous coverage of the Games on the Samsung 46-inch LCD television.

The spacious eat-in kitchen features marble countertops, bar stools, St George oven, Kleenmaid cook top and dishwasher, Samsung fridge and freezer with ice and water dispenser plus all the cooking tools you'll need to feed your crowd. The kitchen flows into the dining room, then out onto another balcony with barbecue and a view of the pool - there's a table and four comfy chairs - the perfect spot for enjoying a cool drink and watching the evening skyline light up as the sun sets.

Downstairs has a wet-bar area and large living space that doubles as a playroom with a train table and LEGO/Duplo for the children, if you don't have any children in your group we can pack it all away to provide even more room.

Our large laundry is fitted with easy-to-use Fisher & Paykel washing machine and dryer, plus a Dyson vacuum.

Outdoor Areas
Courtyard - Located off the downstairs living area is a courtyard with tranquil fountain to add a touch of zen to your stay.
Pool - The free-form pool area is fenced and has a couple of sun loungers and pool toys to relax and enjoy the leafy, peaceful surroundings.
Backyard - Enjoy privacy amongst lots of shady trees and plants and plenty of space to relish some downtime.

Other Features
The house is fully air-conditioned and there are also ceiling fans in all bedrooms and upstairs living area. Enjoy unlimited access to WiFi plus loads of storage space, so you can unpack, relax and settle in to your Gold Coast home-away-from-home.

Local Neighborhood
The house is nestled at the top of a hill so if all the athleticism of the Games inspires you, you can take a walk or run around the local neighborhood - there's a 3.5-kilometer loop that heads down the hill to the local shopping centre, then a nice challenging climb back up the hill to the house.

Local shops include an IGA supermarket, an organic butcher, Chinese, Indian and Italian restaurants, Fish and Chips shop, chicken/roast/carvery, bakery, coffee shop, news agency, hair salon, pharmacy and local tavern. There's a petrol station and doctor's office right across from the shopping centre as well. If you drive, it will take you 3-minutes.

A short drive away you will find the Gold Coast theme parks: Movie World (14.7kms / 13-minutes*), Wet n Wild (14.8kms / 13-minutes*), Dreamworld (21.5 kms / 18 minutes*), Seaworld (18 kms / 29 minutes*) and more, plus Robina Town Centre - the largest shopping and dining precinct on the Gold Coast is less than 15 minutes' drive* away (11.3 kms).

Beaches - Broadbeach is 12 kms away, Surfers Paradise is 15 kms away.

3. Welcome starter pack will be included and will feature some essential groceries like bread, milk, juice, cereal and fruit to get
you started. Please let us know of any specific dietary requirements so we can cater to your needs. You are welcome to use
any items in the pantry and fridge.
4. The garage will be unavailable for use.
5. We would like to rent our house for a minimum of 7 nights.
